Q. Can you feature our actual products in the film?
A. Yes. We work from your product photos and match the shape, colour and texture. Logos and fine details cannot be guaranteed to be reproduced perfectly, so please check the accuracy with the free trial (one still image) first.
Q. How long are the films?
A. The standard length is 30 seconds. We can also cut vertical versions for social and shorter 15- or 6-second edits.
Q. Is music included?
A. Yes, every film includes a soundtrack matched to your brand world. An original score is available as an option.
Q. Do you disclose that the work is made with AI?
A. Yes. We tell every client up front that image and video generation (AI) is part of our process.
Q. How many revisions are included?
A. Two rounds of minor adjustments are included. Further rounds are about $95 each.
Q. Do you work with brands outside Japan?
A. Yes. We work in English and deliver worldwide as digital files.
