Q. Can you create visuals featuring our actual garments?
A. Yes. We work from your product photos and match the shape, colour and texture. Fine details such as logos and seams cannot be guaranteed to be reproduced perfectly, so please check the accuracy with the free trial first.
Q. Is the trial really free?
A. Yes. We create one watermarked trial image at no cost. You only move on to a quote if you decide to go ahead.
Q. Do you disclose that the work is made with AI?
A. Yes. We tell every client up front that image generation (AI) is part of our process. If your platform or market requires an AI disclosure, we will help you with it.
Q. Can we use the images commercially?
A. Yes — for e-commerce, social media, advertising and print. Please let us know the intended use in advance.
Q. How many revisions are included?
A. Two rounds of minor adjustments are included. Further rounds are about $65 each.
Q. Do you work with brands outside Japan?
A. Yes. We work in English and deliver worldwide as digital files.
