FAQ

Q. Can you show our actual products?
A. Yes. We work from your product photos and match the shape, colour and texture. Logos and engravings cannot be guaranteed to be reproduced perfectly, so please check the accuracy with the free trial first.
Q. Do we need to ship the products to you?
A. No. Product photos (even from a phone) and your brand URL are enough to start.
Q. Can you also make clean e-commerce images?
A. Yes. Alongside editorial image cuts, we create clean images for e-commerce and product pages.
Q. Do you disclose that the work is made with AI?
A. Yes. We tell every client up front that image generation (AI) is part of our process. If your platform or market requires an AI disclosure, we will help you with it.
Q. How many revisions are included?
A. Two rounds of minor adjustments are included. Further rounds are about $65 each.
Q. Do you work with brands outside Japan?
A. Yes. We work in English and deliver worldwide as digital files.
