Customers (hereinafter "you") who use the Services are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

We provide the following AI-powered creative services:

• Visual production
• Film production
• Sound design
• Web production
• Creative system development
• Brand partnership (monthly retainer)

Details and pricing for each service are as listed on the service pages.

A contract is formed when we accept your request for the Services.

Individual estimates and contracts may be created as necessary.

Service fees are as stated on each service page or in individual estimates.

Payment methods include credit card and bank transfer.

Payment timing is at the time of order confirmation, or as specified in individual estimates.

Copyright of deliverables generally belongs to the creator (us).

You have the right to use deliverables within the scope of the contract.

If transfer of copyright is required, it will be determined through separate consultation.

Due to the nature of digital creative work, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after production has commenced.

Details are specified in individual estimates and contracts.

Minor revisions are provided free of charge within the scope defined for each service.

Revisions beyond this scope or major changes in direction require separate estimation.

You are prohibited from the following acts when using the Services:

• Acts that violate laws or public order
• Acts that infringe the rights of us or third parties
• Unauthorized use or resale of deliverables
• Acts that interfere with our business

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent acts on our part.

We maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of business and do not use it for purposes other than providing the Services.

We may change these terms as necessary.

Significant changes will be announced on this page.

These terms are governed by Japanese law.

Disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
